Exporting Order Summary Report to XLS
Log in to Epod click on reports.
Click on Order Summary Report
Click on Organizations select the org from the drop-down list.
Once the info is filled click on Click on Export XLS
Order Summary Report is ready view.
Exporting Order Details Report XLS
- Go to reports > order details report.
- Select:
o Organisation o Customer o Date range
- Click export XLS.

Main different between Summary Report and Detail report
Summary reports are those that function with basic "level" data sources, for example, a table of data with a single row. A detailed report is one that comes from a more complex data source and has one or product line-item details.
The explanation for the two reports is that some users' access can be managed, and if Ikea is concerned about releasing specific information, or access to detailed reports can be restricted.

What is rating column mean in reports this rating is from customer?
Summary reports does not have rating reports.
