Schedule Redelivery of Failed Service Order

  • Go to utility > milestone reversal (IOD).
  • Key in order no (servicer order) or order ref # (sales order) to reschedule.
  • Click query.

  • Select the record.
  • Scroll to the right.
  • Click on the magnifying glass icon at the disposition column.

  • Under the column disposition, drop down the menu and select re-delivery.
  • Click apply.

  • Select new delivery date.
