Schedule Redelivery of Failed Service Order

- Go to utility > milestone reversal (IOD).
- Key in order no (servicer order) or order ref # (sales order) to reschedule.
- Click query.

- Select the record.
- Scroll to the right.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon at the disposition column.

- Under the column disposition, drop down the menu and select re-delivery.
- Click apply.

- Select new delivery date.


- Click save twice.
