To change previous appointment booking,

  • Go to utility > appointment booking.
  • Key in:
    1. Organisation code
    2. Customer
    3. Order created date from
    4. Order created date to
    5. Default search by appointment date to original
    6. Change pending appointment to no
    7. Order ref #
  • It is advisable to use order ref # (IKEA Sales Order Number) to search service order because 1 sales order can have multiple service orders.
  • Select the order type.
  • Click query.

  • Once an order is selected,
    1. Select:
      • Call reason: CHANGE APPT
      • Appointment date
      • Time slot
      • Optional to enter remark
    2. Click save call before clicking close.
  • The detail of the initial appointment is listed under appointment history.
