Change Previous Appointment Booking
To change previous appointment booking,
- Go to utility > appointment booking.
- Key in:
- Organisation code
- Customer
- Order created date from
- Order created date to
- Default search by appointment date to original
- Change pending appointment to no
- Order ref #
- It is advisable to use order ref # (IKEA Sales Order Number) to search service order because 1 sales order can have multiple service orders.
- Select the order type.
- Click query.
- Once an order is selected,
- Select:
- Call reason: CHANGE APPT
- Appointment date
- Time slot
- Optional to enter remark
- Click save call before clicking close.
- Select:
- The detail of the initial appointment is listed under appointment history.
