  • About appointment booking
    1. Appointment booking allows the CR or CCC to call customers and set delivery/service date and time of the service order.
    2. It is advisable to update the appointment date before transport planning.

  • To get the list of orders without appointment,
    1. Go to utility > appointment booking.
    2. Key in:
      • Organisation code
      • Customer
      • Order created date from
      • Order created date to
      • Default search by appointment date to original
      • Pending appointment to yes
    3. Select the order type.
    4. Click query.
