Order Processing

• To view orders in process,
  1. Go to order > order processing.
  2. Key in:
     • Organisation code
     • Customer
  3. Click query.
• Terms
  1. Service Order Number
     • There is 1 service order number for each service provided. Services include self-collection, delivery and/or assembly. Hence, there may be more than 1 service order number for a sales order number.
     • Same as the ‘Order No’ in the search function.
  2. Sales Order Number
     • There is 1 sales order number for each transaction by IKEA’s general customer.
     • Same as the order ref # in the search function.
  3. Status
     • Order open
       • New order from Navision
       • Between the stage of pushed to Y-route and Routyn pull trips
     • Order allocated to job
       • Job is created in Routyn 
       • Pull trips (including driver and truck assignment) from Routyn

View Order

• To view a specific order,
  1. Go to order > order processing.
  2. Key in:
     • Organisation code
     • Customer
     • Either the Order Number or Order Reference #
  3. Click query.
• The following information can be found for each order:
  1. Basic

1. Package Info
2. Instruction
3. Permit
4. Invoice
