- To takeover a return order,
- Click on the return sales order.
- Click view items. Verify system information against physical articles. Tick the items to takeover.
- Click the article line to takeover.
- Upon reaching the customer’s location,
- Take photo as proof of I’m Here.
- Take picture proof of takeover from customer.
- Obtain the customer’s signature.
- Upon reaching the warehouse,
- Take photo proof of I’m Here.
- Take picture proof of delivery to the warehouse.
- Obtain the warehouse staff’s signature.
