  • Once logged in, the driver should be able to see the sales orders. 
  • Multi means that the sales order has multiple service orders.
  • To takeover the 1st sales order,
    1. Click on the 1st sales order.
    2. Click on the 1st service order (of the 1st sales order)

  1. Click view items to view article details. Verify system information against physical articles. Partial takeover is not allowed. If the physical item is not found, damaged or wrong quantity, escalate the issue to customer contact centre (CCC).

  1. Select the article line to takeover.

  • Repeat the same steps to takeover all the items in the 2nd service order (of the 1st sales order).

  • When the 2 service orders of 1st sales order are all taken over, it will turn green.
  • Repeat the same process for the 2nd sales order.

  • When the 2 sales orders are all taken over, it is now ready for execution.
